Chicken Scratch Thoughts

“The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.”

Ecclesiastes 12:13, ESV

Be aware of your words. Be aware of your audience.

Stay conscious to your emotions. Do not let your emotions dictate your actions. They are not always true.

Pause to reflect to decide the best course of action. It is the desire to be fast and first that can cause you to be slow and last.

Take time to process. These days everything is a knee jerk reaction.

Seek wisdom. Seek discernment. Take time to learn what is true and what isn’t.

Test every spirit including yours. If you receive a word or an idea, do not be so fast to act.

If it is from God and of God, then He will make it happen but if it is not from God then you will find yourself laboring in vain.

Sit and ponder on life.

Be slow to speak but fast to pray.

This world is passing. Choose what is Godly.

Seek to deepen relationships over widening your network.

Commit to one thing rather than partitioning your commitment to many.

Overall, fear God. Fear His holy name.
